Member of Parliament Kalisetti Appalanaidu participated in several Iftar gatherings across the Vijayanagaram parliamentary constituency during the ongoing Ramadan month. The MP interacted with Muslim community members and joined evening prayers in multiple mosques.

The visits formed part of a day long outreach programme across different towns and villages. Community members welcomed the MP and organised Iftar gatherings in several locations.

Long Constituency Tour
Meanwhile, Appalanaidu travelled nearly 200 kilometres across the constituency on Wednesday. He visited several mosques from morning until late evening. The tour covered areas in Nellimarla, Etcherla, Cheepurupalli, and Rajam segments. During the visits, the MP attended Iftar dinners organised by local Muslim groups. He also joined special Ramadan prayers and exchanged greetings with community leaders and residents.

Interaction With Community Leaders
In addition, the MP held discussions with members of the Muslim community regarding local issues. Residents shared concerns related to civic services and infrastructure in their areas. Appalanaidu assured them that their concerns would be examined.

He said elected representatives have a responsibility to listen to public grievances and work toward solutions. The MP also met community elders from several towns between Pusapati Rega and Rajam. During these interactions, he received petitions and requests from local residents.

Mosque Visits Across Areas
Meanwhile, prayers and interactions continued across several villages in Etcherla constituency. Appalanaidu visited mosques in Paidibheemavaram and Chilakapalem villages. He also attended prayer gatherings in Ranastalam and Mettavalasa areas.

The MP participated in similar events in parts of Nellimarla constituency as well. Community members organised religious gatherings and Iftar meals during the visits.

Message Of Social Harmony
During the interactions, Appalanaidu emphasised the importance of social harmony in a diverse country like India. He said the country is known for coexistence among different religions and cultures.

He added that mutual respect among communities strengthens social unity. Sharing Iftar meals with members of the Muslim community, he said, reflects the spirit of collective participation during the Ramadan month. The MP also called for continued cooperation among communities to maintain peace and harmony in the region.
