Respecting Teachers, MP Applan Naidu Shows Rare Humility

Vijayanagaram Member of Parliament Kalishetti Applan Naidu paid a personal visit to his first teachers in Ranasthalam on Friday, marking the occasion of Teachers’ Day. He met his primary school teachers Meduri Satyanarayana, M.S.N. Murthy, and S. Satyavati at their residences and sought their blessings with folded hands.

Gesture of Reverence
The MP touched the feet of his teachers as a mark of respect. He also honoured them with silk clothes and shawls. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Naidu said that the values and lessons imparted by his teachers had shaped his life and enabled him to rise to the level of a Member of Parliament.
