Judges’ Association Leaders Muralimohan and Prabhakar Rao Condole Her Death

Justice Girija Priyadarshini of the Telangana High Court breathed her last on Sunday morning. The Registrar of the Telangana High Court confirmed this in a statement, adding that her funeral would take place on Monday morning. The President and General Secretary of the Telangana Judges’ Association, K. Prabhakar Rao and K. Murali Mohan, condoled her death, praising her contributions to the judiciary. They paid their respects to her body.

She joined as an Additional District Judge on November 3, 2008. She served in various parts of the erstwhile state of Andhra Pradesh. She worked as Principal District Judge in Ongole from August 2016 to December 2018, Principal District Judge in Adilabad from January 2019 to October 2020, and Principal District Judge in Karimnagar from October 2020 to March 2022. On March 24, 2022, she was promoted as a Judge of the Telangana High Court.
